I love creating spaces in which new things can emerge - lively, clear and full of possibilities, especially in phases of transition, crisis or uncertainty. Whether I am supporting teams and organisations, visualising in workshops or facilitating complex processes, for me it is always about the connection between inner clarity and external impact. Change succeeds when people are present with their heads, hearts and hands, ready to let go of the old and dare to try something new.
I appreciate the moment when the seemingly invisible becomes visible - be it in a conversation, on a flipchart or in a strategy meeting. For me, visualisation is more than just a tool: it is an invitation to confront complexity and open up perspectives.
In my work, I draw on a wide range of experience - from projects in European civil society and from working with initiatives, networks and companies.
What drives me? The knowledge that we as humans can learn and create, and the desire to shape change in a lively and meaningful way. I find inspiration in nature, in stories and in moments of encounter.
