1. right of cancellation for consumers

You have the right, within fortnight to cancel this contract without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date,

• in the case of a sales contract: on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods;
• in the case of a contract for several goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately: on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement in writing (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can use the enclosed Sample cancellation form which, however, is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

2. consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have All payments, We will reimburse you for all costs we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You have the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract, to be returned or handed over to us.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You carry the direct costs of returning the goods.

3. exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation exists not for the following contracts:

• on the delivery of goods that Not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly customised to personal needs;
• on the delivery of Sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
• for contracts for the supply of digital content, if we have commenced performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us commencing performance before the expiry of the cancellation period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation upon commencement of performance.

For Contracts for participation in educational events (seminars, workshops, courses) applies: A right of cancellation exists in principle, as these are not leisure events within the meaning of Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely, when

• we have provided the service (the event) in full, after
• you have expressly agreed that we may commence the performance of the service before the expiry of the cancellation period, and
• you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of cancellation upon complete fulfilment of the contract (Section 356 (4) BGB).
