The joy of creativity, communication and clarity underpins my support for individuals, teams and organisations in change processes. Supporting people in their self-efficacy and teams in developing their own solutions inspires me time and time again.

The balance between passionate commitment to issues close to my heart and clear structures as well as the organisation of cooperation between full-time and volunteer staff have shaped my work as Volunteer Service Coordinator at the Stiftung Schüler*innen Helfen Leben. Discrimination-sensitive leadership work, the management of a constantly growing funding programme for development policy school partnerships and the anchoring of anti-racist educational work were key focal points in my role as head of department at Engagement Global gGmbH.

Mit dem Erfahrungsschatz aus ehrenamtlicher Jugendbildungs-, Vorstands- und Stiftungsratsarbeit und Berufstätigkeit in einer Stiftung und dem öffentlichen Dienst bin ich 2019 von Berlin zurück nach Hamburg gezogen, habe meine Selbständigkeit gegründet und bin kurz darauf Teil des SOCIUS Teams geworden.
